The BBT Athletics training program (2-3 days a week) is geared toward the athlete who wants to maximize his athletic ability. Our staff of professionals uses proven techniques and programs to help athletes become stronger and more explosive at the point of attack.

 

We focus on the following:

  • Strength and Power Development

  • Conditioning

  • Speed, Agility, Footwork and Quickness

  • Strengthening the Core

  • Vertimax Training

  • Sport Specific Skills Training

Additionally, BBT Athletics Football Development Program focuses on developing football players grades 5 – 12, at their specific position. Athletes are trained by our staff of professionals whose extensive experiences include playing and coaching on the collegiate and professional levels. BBT Athletics offers training at all positions.
