The BBT Athletics training program (2-3 days a week) is geared toward the athlete who wants to maximize her athletic ability. Our staff of professionals uses proven techniques and programs to help athletes become stronger and more explosive at the point of attack.

 

We focus on the following:

  • Strength and Power Development

  • Conditioning

  • Speed, Agility, Footwork and Quickness

  • Strengthening the Core

  • Vertimax Training

  • Sport Specific Skills Training

Our girls excel in volleyball, water polo, basketball, softball, track, and football.
