SUMMER CAMPS

SUMMER ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT CAMP

This five-week camp will take place from June 3rd to July 5th. Each week will focus on an essential skill component crucial for a well-rounded training program. Sessions will be held twice daily on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays each week. You can choose between the morning session (9:00 to 11:30 am) or the afternoon session (4:00 to 5:30 pm). Additionally, the five-week camp will be available again from July 8th to August 9th.

Strength & Power Development

The focus is on improving athletes' strength and power capabilities by incorporating weight training to boost strength, endurance, and enhance skill proficiency.

Speed Training

Enhancing athletes' capabilities and responsiveness by integrating ballistic training, speed mechanics, and maximum velocity training.

Mobility & Upper Body

Emphasis is on body movement and functionality rather than isolated muscle work. Mobility training will improve your ability to lift heavier weights, achieve deeper squats, boost running speed, and enhance workout efficiency.

Lateral Agility & Conditioning

Engaging in lateral training enhances strength, agility, and balance. Conditioning focuses on enhancing cardiovascular fitness and overall stamina.

Plyometrics & Explosiveness

Plyometric exercises aim to boost vertical jump height, increase long jump distance, and enhance overall strength. The objective is to enhance running speed, agility, and quickness, along with explosiveness.

FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT
TRAINING  CAMP

Camps will take place every other week starting from June11th through July 25th. Camps will be held 3 days during the week, Tuesdays and Thursday, 9:30 - 11:00 am, and Wednesdays, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Each week will focus on strength and conditioning.
