SASCIP (Speed, Agility, Strength, Conditioning and Injury Prevention) are the core principles used in our proprietary training progam for athletes from all levels of organized youth leagues, high school athletes, collegiate players and youth club teams. Each individual skill component is integral to the whole training progam.
